Here are some examples of the runes.  As Heathens we believe that Odin gave the runes to mankind after gaining them from his sacrifice of himself to himself on Yggdrasil.  We use the Elder Futhark, but I have included others.

Encoded Elder Futhark

What is interesting about the Encoded Elder Futhark is that it so closely resembles Ogham.  Scholars would like to connect it with Ogham but have been unable to so far.
